Independent Supplement Analysis

Supplements are full of promises.
We check whether they hold up.

We audit supplements with a research-based approach. Every product gets a Bench Score — but not all make the cut.

How we score.

Every audit produces a Bench Score from 0 to 100, built on four weighted pillars. The same system runs across every category — so a score on one page means the same thing as a score on another.

P/01
Evidence Alignment
Does the formula match what the research actually studied — the right compound, dose, and approach for the outcome it claims?
40
Weight %
P/02
Ingredient Form & Bioavailability
Is the ingredient in a form the body can actually absorb and use, not just the cheapest version that fills a label?
30
Weight %
P/03
Label Transparency
Does the label disclose exactly what's inside and how much — no proprietary-blend hand-waving on the active ingredients?
15
Weight %
P/04
Third-Party Testing
Is the product verified by an independent lab — identity, potency, and contaminants confirmed by someone other than the brand?
15

Per-category criteria

Each audit also adds 2–4 criteria specific to that supplement — the things the research says actually matter for that compound. The Bench Score framework stays consistent; the category criteria change to fit the evidence.

What we stand for.

The principles behind every audit on this site. Short list, no fluff — the same standard we'd want applied to anything we put in our own bodies.

01
The research tells us what works. We check whether the formula matches it.
02
Form and bioavailability aren't footnotes — they're often the difference between a supplement that works and one that doesn't.
03
We're not looking for the best marketing. We're looking for formulas that deliver.
